WE'RE HIRING | Customer Service Representative – US Healthcare & Case Management
HEYA is looking for experienced and customer-focused South African Customer Service Representatives to join our team supporting a US Healthcare & Case Management Team (In Office).

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Assist patients, healthcare providers, caregivers, and insurance representatives
- Schedule appointments and support case management administration
- Capture accurate customer information on CRM systems
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex matters when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
1–2 years' customer service or call agent experience
Healthcare, medical insurance, or case management experience (highly advantageous)
Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Willing and able to work US business hours
Location: South Africa, Johannesburg (IN-OFFICE)
Position: Full-Time
Working Hours: -+ 3pm - 11pm SAST (Please note that shift times may vary due to Daylight Saving Time adjustments or client request agreement)
