Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee mechanical maintenance and construction activities on site on a temporaly basis. The successful candidate will supervise teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical activities on site.
- Lead and motivate mechanical teams to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with engineering specifications and client requirements.
- Monitor compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Allocate resources, tools, and equipment effectively.
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Report progress, delays, and any technical issues to Site Management.
- Assist with planning maintenance shutdowns and project activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering N6 qualification (Essential).
- Minimum 3 years' experience of work in welding fabrication
- Sound knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of SHEQ standards and safe work practices.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous
