Our esteemed client in Cape Town CBD is urgently seeking an iMas Finance Coordinator to join their team within the automotive industry.

Budget: R12 000.00 to R15 000.00 CTC Per Month

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and professional, serving as the central point of contact between the client's Regional Office and iMas Finance to ensure finance transactions are managed efficiently from initiation through to completion. This role involves working closely with multiple dealerships, finance partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate vehicle sourcing, monitor the progress of finance deals, resolve delays, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and business partners. POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric Certificate). Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre, finance administration, dealership administration, vehicle finance, or customer service environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the Regional office and iMas Finance. Manage finance transactions from start to finish. Coordinate with dealerships to source suitable vehicles for approved customers. Monitor the progress of each transaction and proactively follow up with all stakeholders. Identify and resolve delays to ensure deals progress efficiently. Maintain accurate records and update transaction information. Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealerships and finance partners. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted within required timeframes. Provide regular progress updates to management. Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
