SUMMARY

A highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to manage external and internal laboratory equipment sales and related services, and be responsible for quotations, tenders and related admin services, and communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Request and compare quotations from internal and approved external laboratories. Prepare and issue quotations to clients in line with requirements and pricing guidelines. Daily check for tenders and liaise with Sales Manager. Prepare and issue tenders in line with requirements and pricing guidelines Assist in managing purchase orders, approvals, and documentation. Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Track and update service progress, delivery notes, and related documentation. Resolve delays, discrepancies, or client/vendor queries. Maintain accurate digital and physical records. Follow up on invoice submissions and ensure correct filing. Update internal systems with service and documentation status. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports. Provide general administrative support. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Life Science qualifications (not negotiable). Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales office/laboratory environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative systems. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
