HANDYMAN - ELECTRICAL

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (Included but are not limited to):

• Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance as required.
• Repair, assemble, and maintain cold room doors.
• Assist with the manufacturing and installation of cold room panels.
• Carry out welding work where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a handyman or similar maintenance position (working in a construction environment will be to your advantage)
• Must be able to perform welding and hold a valid welding certificate.
• Proven experience in repairing cold room doors.
• Ability to manufacture and assemble cold room doors.
• Knowledge of cold room structures, including the manufacturing and installation of panels.
• General experience in a maintenance or construction environment will be advantageous.
• Ability to work safely, independently, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
