SUMMARY

An opportunity is available for a Regional Finance Manager to support the commercial and financial performance of a property portfolio. The role focuses on asset performance analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, feasibility studies, capex planning, strategic decision-making, and operational oversight to maximise portfolio value.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property Studies, or a related field 5-7 years' experience in property finance, asset management, or commercial analysis Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills Experience within retail, commercial, mixed-use, or student property portfolios advantageous Knowledge of the Gauteng property market beneficial Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel within the Greater Gauteng region as required By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
