Client Activation Manager Location: Johannesburg-Onsite Duration: 12 Months Contract Job Purpose: Drive the successful delivery of enabling bank solutions and clients on the single sign-on capability to translate technical enablement into measurable client adoption and business value. Achieve customer-focused, data-driven outcomes, delivered efficiently to achieve strategic objectives. Accountability & Objectives: Elicit & Translate Requirements: Gather, analyze, and convert business needs into actionable deliverables Collaborate with Delivery Teams: Work closely with CIB Digital, channel owners, country teams and value chain stakeholders to ensure effective, timely delivery Ensure Value Realization: Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes Key responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Engage with country stakeholders, CIB Digital, users, and technical teams to analyse and drive adoption, gauge feedback and requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all parties. Value Maximization: Continuously assess adoption rates and outcomes to meet business objectives and provide customer value. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics, user feedback, and analytics to guide product decisions, improvements, and future enhancements. Quality Assurance & Acceptance: Define eligibility criteria for enabling clients and solutions and ensure data quality between countries and client activation on bank systems. Facil Change Management & Communication: Support adoption of new solutions by clearly communicating changes, impacts, and benefits to stakeholders and end users Measurements Business Value Delivery: Achievement of OKRs, ROI, and measurable impact of SSO capability Customer Impact: User adoption, engagement, and satisfaction Delivery Efficiency: On-time delivery and accuracy of client activation Stakeholder Alignment: Stakeholder satisfaction, clear communication, and reduced misalignment
