Assistant - Team Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

To provide comprehensive administrative, operational, project coordination, and financial support to the team, ensuring the efficient execution of business activities, projects, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting on projects, including schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Support budgeting, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.
  • Monitor project expenditures and assist in maintaining cost controls.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless operations and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, or finance support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or project management systems is advantageous.
