MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• NQF 4, S3 or equivalent Cheese Manufacturing Qualification.
• Dairyman or Cheese Making qualification advantageous.
• Min of 3 years cheese making experience.
• Computer literate.
• Proven ability to understand and interpret dairy processes.
• Experience working with multiple types of cheese.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills.
