Well established company based in Bloemfontein is looking for a Feed Mill Team Leader (In Training) to join their dynamic team of staff.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Matric or a equivalent to NQF 4 1 Year supervisory experience Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment Valid driver''''s license with own transport Must be Afrikaans speaking Duties and responsibilities: Conduct regular quality control checks on the feed, including inspections for ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity. Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards while ensuring staff performs duties as per the procedures Troubleshoot and address any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime Abilities, competency and knowledge: Operation coordination Planning and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure Building work relationships Critical thinking Attention to detail Reporting
