SUMMARY
Our client is a leader within the agriculture sector, they are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced boilermaker to join their team.
POSITION INFO
Responsibilities: Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, steel structures, and other heavy metal components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Measure, cut, shape, weld, and fit metal components using a variety of tools and equipment. Perform maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment of industrial equipment and structural steelwork. Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Carry out fault finding and resolve mechanical and fabrication-related issues. Use lifting equipment and workshop machinery safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time. Requirements: Qualified Boilermaker with a recognised Trade Test. 3-5 years' post-trade experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, or engineering environment.
