POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily dispatch of long-haul deliveries, ensuring loads are picked, checked and dispatched accurately. Coordinate transport schedules with transporters and 3PL providers to ensure on-time deliveries. Manage inter-warehouse transfers and stock movements using Syspro. Ensure physical stock, system transactions and dispatch documentation are always aligned. Monitor delivery performance and resolve any dispatch or transport issues. Ensure all hazardous goods are dispatched with the correct TREM cards and compliant documentation. Lead, coach and supervise the dispatch team, driving productivity, accuracy and safety. Conduct stock checks, investigate variances and maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor dispatch KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels. Enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards across the dispatch department.
