POSITION INFO

Role Overview The Stock Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring smooth material flow, and supporting production efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, disciplined, and confident working with Sage 300 and established stock-control processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate stock records and perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations Monitor raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and consumables Capture and process stock movements on Sage 300 Conduct cycle counts and full stock takes Investigate variances and implement corrective actions Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams Ensure compliance with internal controls and manufacturing standards Prepare inventory reports for management Support continuous improvement in stock-control processes Minimum Requirements 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in stock control / inventory management Sage 300 proficiency (non-negotiable) Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Matric; relevant certificate/diploma in Supply Chain/Inventory Management advantageous Competencies High level of accuracy and accountability Strong problem-solving ability Organised, methodical, and process-driven Ability to enforce stock-control discipline across departments How to Apply: Submit your CV & supporting documents via link provided only .
