Purpose of the Role

The Graduate Engineer Programme is designed to provide newly qualified engineers with practical exposure to different areas of the business. Graduate Engineers will be placed into various technical and operational roles to gain hands-on experience, develop business knowledge, and build the skills required for future career opportunities within the organisation.

As graduates develop and business opportunities become available, they may be moved between departments to broaden their experience and support their long-term career growth.

Possible Exposure Areas Technical Buying Technical Service Support Systems Engineering Technical Field Support System Building Project Management / Engineering Technical Sales Proposal Engineering General Technical, Engineering and Operational Support Key Responsibilities Support technical, engineering, service, and operational teams with day-to-day activities. Assist with technical problem-solving, project coordination, documentation, and customer support. Learn company products, systems, processes, and business requirements. Work closely with colleagues across different departments to gain practical business experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Participate actively in training, development activities, and workplace learning opportunities. Contribute positively to team performance in a fast-paced working environment. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across different business areas as required. Candidate Requirements Recently graduated with an Engineering qualification, or up to one year's relevant work experience. Strong interest in technical, engineering, service, project, and operational environments. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Fluent in English; additional languages will be advantageous. Willingness to work in different departments or locations based on business needs and development opportunities.
