IT Recruiter | Hybrid | Midrand | 3-Month Contract

Are you an experienced IT Recruiter who enjoys finding great technical talent and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers?

A leading Insurance company is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting within the IT space.

Strong understanding of IT terminology and technical roles.

Experience recruiting across Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cyber Security, Data, Business Analysis and related technologies.

Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer stage.

Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage top technical talent.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
