Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and personable Residential Property Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients to rent and sell residential properties, providing expert guidance, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and list residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Assist clients with renting/selling properties.
• Provide accurate property valuations and market advice.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, sellers, tenants, and buyers.
• Negotiate offers.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as mandates, offer to purchase, and lease agreements.
• Stay up to date with property laws, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent (preferred).
• Knowledge of the local property market and neighbourhoods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Existing portfolio of stock

Must have: [Real Estate License FFC] [NQF4 qualification]

Full-time | Basic + Commission
