What You’ll Do Own a portfolio of recruitment clients Be their primary contact inside Ditto Build strong working relationships with consultants and directors Ensure they’re confident, supported, and getting real results Solve problems properly Manage queries via ticketing, email, and calls Diagnose issues clearly and resolve them fast Work with product and engineering when needed Follow through. Every time. Train and enable Onboard new clients Run structured training sessions Help teams use Ditto better, not just use it Protect and grow accounts Spot risks early Identify optimisation or upsell opportunities Contribute ideas that improve the overall client experience Who This Is For 1-3 years in customer success, SaaS support, account management, or similar Strong communicator.
