- We're Hiring | Pre-Sales EngineerCape Town, Western CapeTP-Link South Africa is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Cape Town.This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong networking professional who enjoys designing solutions, supporting customers, delivering training, and working alongside a dynamic sales team.Key Responsibilities: Design networking and surveillance (CCTV) solutions Provide technical support to distributors, resellers and end-users Deliver product training and technical presentations Support the sales team with solution design and customer engagements Troubleshoot networking and surveillance solutions remotely and on-site Configure and support internal IT infrastructure where requiredWe're looking for someone with:
- Strong networking knowledge (Switching, Routing & Wireless)
- Experience with CCTV and surveillance solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting and solution design experience
