A pop up retail concept opening in Polokwane is looking for a friendly and well presented SHOP ASSISTANT to join their team on a contract basis

POSITION INFO

This is a customer facing sales role suited to someone who lives locally, enjoys working with the public, and is happy to work mall hours across a short term retail activation. Core Criteria: Must reside in Polokwane Well presented, friendly, and customer focused Available to start in August at Mall of the North Willing and available to continue at two additional mall locations in September and October, should the opportunity extend Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Core Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers Drive sales through friendly, proactive customer engagement Process transactions accurately at the till point Maintain stock levels and assist with replenishment Keep the shop space neat, presentable, and well-merchandised Report any stock or operational issues to management On Offer: Hourly rate 5% commission Start date: August, at Mall of the North Potential to continue into two further mall locations during September and October
