SUMMARY
Temporary assignment. My client, an established group of companies based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have Matric and previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities management is preferred.

Requirements Matric or equivalent. Previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities management is preferred. Computer skills to work on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Ability to manage schedules, track resources effectively and pay attention to detail. Professional demeanour and customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Tenant Support Serve as the first point of contact for all tenants and visitors in the building. Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors to the nine (9) executive offices. Handle all queries for the nine (9) executive offices promptly and professionally. Act as the primary liaison between the tenants, service providers and the building management for the remainder of the building. Manage the intercom Manage the printer and usage thereof. Boardroom & Scheduling for the 9 executive offices Manage and update the shared boardroom timetable, ensure the various tenants in the executive space timetable matched with the boardroom allocated time. Ensure fair and efficient allocation of boardroom usage. Oversee Facilities & Cleaning Inspect and monitor the quality of cleaning services throughout the whole building. Ensure cleaners have sufficient supplies and consumables. Record, track and manage cleaning consumables and keep an inventory. Report and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness issues. Operational Support Conduct monthly electrical and water meter readings by taking photos and uploading them. Support overall office efficiency by coordinating with service providers
