We are looking for a highly driven

Data Analyst – Analytics & Visualization professional who wants more than repetitive reporting. Someone who wants to influence strategy, uncover meaningful insights, and build high impact visual experiences that shape operational and executive decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work with large scale operational and technical datasets, transforming raw information into clear, actionable intelligence through advanced analytics and visually compelling dashboards.

Your Role Will Include

Designing and building interactive Power BI dashboards executives and operational teams rely on daily

Creating powerful data stories that simplify complex technical environments

Identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities hidden within large datasets

Developing executive level KPI reporting and operational monitoring solutions

Translating business and analytical requirements into intuitive, high value visualizations

Supporting automation, analytics workflows, and data preparation processes

Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability across all analytics outputs

Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and solving real business problems with data.

What Makes You Stand Out

You Likely Have

Strong Power BI experience, including:

• Data modeling
• DAX
• Dashboard optimization
• Executive reporting design

Experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or analytics focused professional

The ability to turn large, messy datasets into meaningful insights

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

Confidence working independently while contributing effectively within a focused team

Exceptional attention to detail and visual precision

Advantageous Experience

Python, Pandas, or Polars

Telecommunications or service provider environments

Kibana dashboard development

ELK stack exposure

Data governance and data quality practices

Large scale telemetry, network, or operational datasets
