Controller (Quality) – Killarney Gardens

POSITION INFO

Purpose of the position: To accurately and timeously ensure that all quality controls are adhered to and non conformances are reported. Minimum Requirements: Matric ( With Science is Advantageous) NQF1 Food and Beverage Handling Knowledge: Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, Specific Quality Controls (product specification and process specification and knowledge) Good Laboratory practices Skills: Ability to run calibrations and verifications on testing equipment Ability to understand the testing regimes and accurately follow testing methods for raw milk and cream Ability to conduct ring tests Ability to conduct truck inspections Ability to conduct an audit, record findings with evidence and report timeously Good communication skills Ability to learn and adapt
