Tower Marketing is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to help support the needs of our broad set of marketing clients. This person will work closely with our Vice President and a variety of clients to interpret their requests in order to delegate tasks to our team. Ideally, this individual would have familiarity of the roles within the digital marketing field and be confident in situations where problem solving skills are needed.

Knowledgeable about the project development lifecycle from both an internet marketing and web development / design perspective.
Possesses superb organizational abilities to effectively prioritize projects and manage deadlines for each client’s best interest.
Able to brainstorm, collaborate, and strategize with inter-agency creative resources, including designers, developers, and internet marketing team members.
Demonstrated experience working with external clients / vendors in managing expectations, relationships, and scope of work
Experience in project management tactics needed to effectively manage project resources on time and within budget.

Required Software Knowledge / Online Tool Must-Haves

Exposure to project management tools such as Teamwork, Active Collab, Trello, or equivalent.
Basic understanding of design and development elements and applicable CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, InDesign, Figma, WooCommerce).
Familiar with internet marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hubspot, SEMRush, and Active Campaign).
Proficient with Google Suite and Apple equivalent.

Top Soft Skills

Strategic knowledge of internet marketing & development projects (e.g. client goals vs. team implementations to meet those goals).
Has an editorial mindset and understands what audiences want and how to create it within the boundaries of a client’s budget, brand, and timeline.
Possesses an inquisitive and open mind in order to consider and weigh each client’s wants with the agency’s ability and resources available.
Able to make recommendations, big and small, on ways to help clients reach their goals.
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Top Bonus Skills We Would Like To See

Able to effectively manage a range of client budgets and find creative solutions when making adjustments with project changes.
Experience with the Mac platform and familiarity with Mac devices: iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPhone.

Education, Certifications, And Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field.
2-4+ years experience in a digital marketing agency: website development, internet marketing, or both.
