Customer Liaison Officer: Sales & Marketing to support sales operations, manage customer relationships, process orders and claims, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements Certificate in Customer Service, Marketing, Exports, or related field (NQF 5). Up to 3 years' customer service or customer liaison experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Key Responsibilities Provide professional telephonic and email support to customers and end-users. Process customer orders, quotations, and claims accurately on SAP. Monitor stock availability and communicate delivery timelines to customers. Resolve customer queries and service-related issues efficiently. Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
