A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Sage Cloud Accounting Implementation Specialist to join their team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising Sage Cloud Accounting solutions for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting processes, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Requirements include (but are not limited to):

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including financial statements, journal entries, general ledger structures, and month-end processes.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Sage Cloud Accounting, including implementation, configuration, customisation, and user support.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting system implementations, process mapping, data migration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimisation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach and willingness to travel to clients when required.
