Training Facilitator

One of the leading food manufacturing companies in KwaZulu-Natal is currently looking for a skilled to Training Facilitator join their team.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years’ experience as Technical Trainer (operations / technical) in the manufacturing industry.

Basic knowledge of EE, SDL, SD Acts, SAQA requirements

Competent to develop & implement systems, skills gap analysis, training materials and a training budget.

Previous work experience as an artisan/foreman is advantageous.

Engineering qualification.

Millwright trade test (advantageous).

Qualified and/or registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF).

Diploma /currently studying /willingness to study HRD will be advantageous.
