About The Opportunity
A premier insurance brokerage firm in Maseru, Lesotho is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the position of Head of Finance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including the general ledger and payroll.
- Prepare management accounts and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
- Supervise administrative, human resources, and IT infrastructure functions.
- Ensure compliance with RSL, CBL, and IFRS standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Sage Pastel.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
