Position Overview
Our Australian client is an established property business specialising in the sales, leasing, marketing, and development of health, medical, and selected commercial property assets.
They are seeking an experienced Marketing & Campaign Manager to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across a portfolio of client properties, with a particular focus on the health and medical property sector.
This is not primarily an internal brand or social media coordination role. The successful candidate will take ownership of client campaigns once a sales or leasing agreement has been signed. This includes managing paid advertising budgets, email campaigns, property listings, signage, information memorandums, brochures, leasing proposals, photography selection, and campaign reporting.
The role requires someone who can make informed marketing decisions independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and understand how medical properties such as GP suites, allied health facilities, and specialist consulting rooms should be positioned differently from standard retail or office properties.
Advanced experience in Meta advertising is essential, including campaign creation, audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, optimisation, and performance reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Property Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for health, medical, retail, and commercial properties.
- Take ownership of campaigns once a sales or leasing agreement has been signed.
- Develop campaign strategies based on the property, location, tenancy type, and target audience.
- Manage multiple client campaigns and property launches simultaneously.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and external suppliers.
- Make informed decisions regarding campaign channels, messaging, audiences, and budget allocation.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, professionally, on time, and within budget.
Paid Advertising and Digital Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple client property campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies for healthcare tenants, buyers, investors, and property owners.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, creative material, messaging, and audiences where required.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns supporting property sales and leasing.
- Track leads and ensure marketing enquiries are captured and directed appropriately.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Property Listings and Marketing Collateral
- Create and maintain property listings on realcommercial.com.au and other commercial property platforms.
- Write accurate and engaging listing copy tailored to medical, healthcare, and commercial audiences.
- Select appropriate photographs and visual assets for listings and campaigns.
- Coordinate property image editing, enhancement, and cleanup where required.
- Create high-quality information memorandums, leasing proposals, sales proposals, brochures, and presentations.
- Design signage and promotional material for property and building sites.
- Ensure all listing information, imagery, branding, and property details are accurate and consistent.
Medical and Healthcare Property Marketing
- Research Australian medical and healthcare property trends, tenancy types, and market requirements.
- Understand how GP suites, allied health facilities, specialist consulting rooms, and healthcare developments should be marketed.
- Tailor campaign messaging to appropriate healthcare operators, investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Research competing properties, local demographics, healthcare demand, and surrounding services.
- Consider factors such as accessibility, parking, zoning, fit-out, location, and nearby healthcare services when developing campaigns.
- Support the sales and leasing team with medical property research and market insights.
Brand, Content and Website Management
- Maintain consistent branding across client campaigns and company marketing materials.
- Create professional marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Support the company’s website, social media platforms, and internal brand activity as required.
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Update website and property content using WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a similar CMS.
- Optimise website and property content for SEO and lead generation.
- Assist with landing pages, brand guides, campaign templates, and digital marketing assets.
Sales and Leasing Support
- Prepare marketing proposals, leasing proposals, listing presentations, and pitch decks.
- Assist the sales and leasing team with property launches, inspections, presentations, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and campaign information within the company’s CRM.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign approvals, deliverables, and performance.
- Conduct market, competitor, tenancy, and property research to support sales and leasing strategies.
Process Management, Reporting and Automation
- Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, checklists, templates, and project trackers.
- Track campaign progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Document and improve marketing and sales processes.
- Identify opportunities to introduce automation and improve productivity.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support image editing, research, reporting, content creation, and brand guide development.
- Prepare reports covering advertising performance, digital engagement, lead generation, and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, deliverables, approvals, and results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Property, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting.
- Advanced Meta advertising experience, including campaign creation, audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing paid advertising budgets across multiple campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly for property listings, proposals, brochures, advertisements, and client communications.
- Experience creating professional collateral using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project and campaign management experience.
- Experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, or properties simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
- Website content management experience using WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a similar CMS.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, lead generation, social media marketing, and digital campaign reporting.
- Experience using AI tools for image editing, market research, content creation, reporting, or workflow improvement.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in commercial property marketing is highly advantageous.
- Experience within health, medical, healthcare, or specialist property marketing is strongly preferred.
- Experience creating information memorandums, leasing proposals, property brochures, and commercial property listings is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Australian commercial or healthcare property market would be beneficial.
- A portfolio containing relevant campaigns, brochures, proposals, advertisements, or property marketing work will be required.
