POSITION INFO

Job Description: This position involves: Delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making Developing financial models to support growth, liquidity, and profitability Evaluating new business opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams Ensuring timely and accurate IFRS-compliant reporting Supporting group reporting and performance analysis Managing treasury controls, cash positioning, FX exposure, and settlement processes Ensuring robust frameworks around crypto-to-fiat operations and counterparty risk Acting as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership Building and leading a growing finance team across treasury / operations and accounting Skills & Experience: 10+ years' finance experience in digital assets or cryptocurrency environments, including 5 years in a leadership role Experience within fintech, payments, crypto, financial services, or cross-border settlements Strong understanding of treasury, financial reporting, tax, audits, and compliance. Deep knowledge of African markets, FX environments, and multi-entity operations.
