About The Client
Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcement products for the construction and infrastructure industries. They provide a comprehensive range of reinforcing steel, mesh, prefabricated products and construction accessories, supporting projects from residential developments through to major commercial and infrastructure works.
What You Will Be Doing
This is a long term position, working Monday Friday from 5am to 1pm with some overtime on offer. Your main duties will be performing labouring and the below duties on site:
- Assisting with labouring duties on the production line on site
- Assisting other operators with their daily tasks
- Keeping the yard cleared, maintained at all times
- Operating the forklift on site when required
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Previous experience in a labouring, construction or manufacturing role
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks
- Able to pass a Pre employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
