POSITION INFO
Our client is a multinational luxury leisure group, renowned for delivering world-class experiences. With ambitious expansion plans well underway, they're seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to help write the next chapter of their growth story. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and forming part of EXCO, you'll be responsible for driving the commercial strategy across multiple markets. This is a rare opportunity for an executive who enjoys autonomy and wants to leave a lasting commercial legacy. For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to invest in the business and ultimately take a seat on the Board. Key Responsibilities: Lead the global commercial strategy and revenue growth agenda Drive sales performance across trade, DMCs, tour operators and strategic accounts Shape brand positioning, marketing strategy and demand generation Lead product launches, pricing strategy and go-to-market initiatives Expand into new local and international markets Build and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams Partner with the CEO and EXCO on business strategy and long-term growth Strengthen international partnerships and commercial relationships Drive profitability through commercial insight, pricing and performance analysis Job Experience and Skills: Bachelor's Degree essential, MBA or CA(SA) highly preferred 10+ years' senior commercial leadership experience Proven success leading revenue-generating commercial teams Demonstrated track record in revenue growth, market expansion product launches and go-to-market execution Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen Advanced MS Excel capability Experience developing international markets and partnerships Comfortable influencing CEOs, Boards and executive leadership teams Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Africa and internationally, with future relocation opportunities available Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to lead Strong travel industry network Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills If you're looking for more than your next executive role, if you're looking for the opportunity to help build something exceptional, influence strategy at the highest level and create lasting commercial impact, then this conversation is worth having!
