Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager – Cape Town (Milnerton)

Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month (Depending on experience)

A well-established automotive dealership in Milnerton is looking for an experienced

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join their team. This is a senior role suited to a candidate with a proven track record in automotive finance and insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maximise profitability while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full F&I process from finance application to vehicle delivery. Structure and submit finance applications to financial institutions. Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, maintenance plans, and value-added products. Achieve finance, insurance, and profitability targets. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with FAIS, NCA, and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance houses, and insurance providers. Maintain accurate records using the Signio platform. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). NQF qualification (minimum 120 Credits). FAIS Compliant and Fit & Proper. RE5 qualification. Registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCA). CPD hours up to date. Valid Code 8 driver's licence. Minimum 2 years' experience as an F&I Business Manager in a franchised motor dealership. Minimum 2 years' experience using Signio. Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and regulatory compliance. Key Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong negotiation and sales ability. Sound administrative and analytical skills. High attention to detail. Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
