Purpose of the Role

The Intermediate Consulting Developer is responsible for independently delivering solution components and workstreams while developing broader consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

The role bridges the gap between technical delivery and solution ownership and prepares individuals for Senior Consulting Developer responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Ownership

  • Own delivery of assigned solution areas.
  • Participate in solution design activities.
  • Build, test, deploy and support automation solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards and governance practices.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks.

Client Engagement

  • Engage directly with client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to workshops and solution discussions.
