Essential Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, consulting, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong background in at least one of the following:
  • Software development and application architecture
  • Cloud and infrastructure solutions
  • Enterprise integration
• Demonstrated success working directly with customers to gather requirements, shape solutions, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery.
• Experience mentoring technical professionals and developing team capability.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience participating in client presentations, workshops, solution design sessions, and proposal development.
• Proven ability to balance technical quality, commercial realities, customer expectations, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor's Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in:
