Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership

Essential Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, consulting, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong background in at least one of the following:
- Software development and application architecture
- Cloud and infrastructure solutions
- Enterprise integration
- Demonstrated success working directly with customers to gather requirements, shape solutions, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery.
- Experience mentoring technical professionals and developing team capability.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Experience participating in client presentations, workshops, solution design sessions, and proposal development.
- Proven ability to balance technical quality, commercial realities, customer expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and teams.
- Experience owning customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Exposure to multiple industries and business environments.

- Bachelor's Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in:
