Job Purpose
To administer, safe keeping and archiving member/customer contract information and Natis Documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member contract queries
- Respond and resolve NATIS queries
- Receive and file member information and documents
- Archive member contract information
- Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures
- Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
- Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses
- Participate in peer and team learning initiatives
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) (Essential)
- Certificate in office administration(Advantageous)
- Valid Driver's License Code 8 - Manual operated vehicle (Essential)
- Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
Experience
- 2 years operational and administrative assistant experience in Financial Services and related industries

- Cross-boundary, information search,
- interpersonal relations, communication skills.
- Filing and archiving records and documents,
- Computer knowledge (MS-Word, Outlook)
