Key Responsibilities - Manage annual software and managed service renewals across multiple international regions and partner channels to support revenue retention and growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology vendors, and strategic partners, acting as the main commercial point of contact. - Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, margin analyses, presentations, and renewal documentation. - Oversee the full sales administration process, including quotations, invoices, delivery notes, contract documentation, and software licensing. - Develop annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and executive reports to support strategic planning. - Prepare and maintain Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting for executive and board-level meetings. - Manage software inventory, royalty reporting, and vendor compliance activities. - Coordinate customer due diligence processes while supporting contractual, procurement, and compliance requirements. - Manage strategic technology partnerships, drive partner engagement, support pipeline development, and contribute to joint go-to-market initiatives. - Lead customer implementation and service delivery coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. - Prepare executive presentations, meeting agendas, and commercial updates for leadership and executive committee meetings. - Support new business opportunities through solution positioning, customer presentations, and partner collaboration. Job Experience and Skills Required - Strong commercial acumen with experience managing recurring revenue and customer renewals. - Proven ability to manage strategic customer and partner relationships. - Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, pricing models, and executive reports. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical, financial, and executive stakeholder groups. - Highly organised, proactive, commercially driven, and detail orientated. - Experience within enterprise software, technology services, managed services, or a related industry. - Exposure to software licensing, partner ecosystems, and recurring revenue business models. - Experience working with international customers and partners will be advantageous.
