Plant Manager

An opportunity has become available for a Plant Manager to join our client's manufacturing operation in Gauteng

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage all plant operations and maintenance activities

Lead cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics

Develop and implement operational improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations

Manage plant budgets, resource planning, and operational expenditure

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor production performance and key operational metrics

Build a high-performance culture through coaching and employee development

Minimum Requirements

Matric

BTech Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

GCC

8 - 10 Years experience within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of production planning, plant operations, and manufacturing processes

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Experience managing budgets and operational performance

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to lead change and drive business improvement
