As the first point of contact for our practice, our reception team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional and efficient environment for every patient.

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area and suppoprting the clinical team with a range of administrative functions.

  • Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and care
  • Managing appointments and patient enquiries
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Performing general administrative and reception duties
  • Maintianing accurate patient records
  • Supporting the smooth day to day running of the practice

min 2 years reception experience required

Previous experience in a medical practice advantageous

Previous experience with GoodX and advantage

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative skills required

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Computer literacy

Market related based on level of experience
