POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Analysing sales, stock, and financial data to identify trends and actionable insights Monitoring inventory movement and highlighting risks or opportunities Preparing regular reports, dashboards, and management information for stakeholders Supporting the development and maintenance of reporting tools and business intelligence solutions Performing data validation and ensuring accuracy across reporting outputs Assisting with forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis Collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams to support reporting needs Responding to ad hoc data requests and business queries Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field 0-2 years' experience in a data, reporting, finance, or analytics environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Good organisational and time management skills Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools advantageous Send your CV to Persona Staff (PTY) Ltd is POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013) compliant
