Job Purpose

The Tracking and Monitoring Clerk contributes to the organizational goals by monitoring and tracking Hollard Risk Service’s client vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle tracking and monitoring on multiple systems.
  • Delivering extraordinary customer service as well as conscious about our customers and their vehicle safety.
  • Accurate and timeous communication and follow through on all events & calls received.
  • Receive calls on the emergency call and update the emergency call register spreadsheet
  • Ensure all administrative and shift duties are accurate and complete.
  • Excellent listener, able to analyse and interpret information.
  • Capacity to instil an ethic of quality and consistency in self and others
  • Be responsible for ensuring effective customer liaison interactions and dispute resolution.
