QC Controller / Manager FMCG Manufacturing Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Controller / Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional with a passion for maintaining high manufacturing standards and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise the inspection and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging, approving or rejecting materials in line with quality standards. Monitor production, filling, and packing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and record any deviations. Maintain accurate quality control documentation and batch records in accordance with GMP requirements. Ensure full product traceability to support internal audits and regulatory inspections. Plan and conduct mock recalls to assess and improve product recall readiness. Develop and coordinate new product formulations that meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manufacture and evaluate sample and pilot batches to ensure production feasibility and product consistency. Implement and maintain Quality Control systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and relevant regulatory standards. Lead, mentor, and train the Quality Control team while working closely with Production, R&D, and other departments to maintain exceptional product quality. Minimum Requirements BSc Degree in a relevant scientific field. 2-3 years'' experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment. Sound knowledge of GMP, Quality Control systems, SOPs, and manufacturing processes. Experience within the Personal Care manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous. Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
