SUMMARY
Role Purpose
Our client is seeking a creative and digitally driven
Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing social media activities, supporting marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical digital skills and strong organisational ability.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation
- Create engaging digital content for social media and online platforms.
- Plan, develop and publish content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Design digital graphics for campaigns, presentations and promotional material.
- Create and edit short-form video content, including social media videos and promotional content.
- Develop engaging captions, headlines and digital copy.
- Schedule and manage content publishing using digital platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments and messages while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analyse digital performance and prepare reports on content engagement and growth.
- Identify emerging digital trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Develop digital content supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, events and product initiatives.
- Coordinate photography and videography requirements.
- Work with internal teams and external service providers to deliver creative projects.
- Assist with marketing projects and digital initiatives.
- Support the wider marketing team with content creation and campaign execution.
Digital Brand Management
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Maintain consistency across social media platforms.
- Support online community engagement and audience interaction.
- Contribute ideas to improve digital presence and audience growth.

Role Requirements Minimum Qualifications Relevant qualification in: Digital Marketing Graphic Design Multimedia Visual Communication Marketing Related field Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, graphic design, photography or videography. Experience creating content across multiple digital platforms. Experience managing social media campaigns and digital engagement. Experience within a retail, lifestyle, health, beauty or wellness environment will be advantageous. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Digital marketing principles. Social media management and content planning. Graphic design and visual communication. Photography and videography. Video editing and content production. Social media analytics and reporting. Copywriting and digital storytelling. Proficiency in digital content creation tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with design and content platforms such as Canva or equivalent. Experience with video editing tools. Familiarity with social media management platforms and AI productivity tools.
