Our client, seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer with a proven track record to ensure the successful delivery of critical projects through expert management and innovative technical solutions. Duties: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale power generation projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Support project procurement, contracting, and vendor management activities. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years' experience in C&I Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects. Professional Engineering (Pr Eng) registration is mandatory. Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. In-depth knowledge of power plant systems, standards, and safety protocols. Familiarity with the following: Regulatory requirements relevant to power generation. Advanced project scheduling and cost control software.
