A dynamic, growth-focused consulting organisation is seeking a Graduate Data Analytics Developer to join its Business Performance Management team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development, implementation, and support of enterprise planning and analytics solutions, working with multidimensional data models, ETL processes, reporting, and business intelligence applications. POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain multidimensional OLAP data models. Develop and configure business rules to support financial and operational planning solutions. Build ETL processes to import, transform, and export data from multiple data sources. Develop user-friendly interfaces for data capture, validation, and review. Design and deliver reports, dashboards, graphs, and analytical insights to support business decision-making. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of analytics solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project feedback. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of analytical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions. Required Skills: Strong analytical and logical problem-solving ability. Good programming aptitude with an interest in software development. Solid understanding of fundamental computing principles. Understanding of financial and management accounting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Passion for technology, data analytics, and continuous learning. Desirable Skills: Exposure to business intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise performance management tools. Understanding of data modelling and database concepts. Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration principles. Familiarity with reporting and dashboard development. Exposure to financial modelling or planning solutions would be advantageous. Qualifications: A completed or final-year Bachelor's Degree (minimum three-year qualification) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Matric-level Accounting is essential. Tertiary Accounting will be advantageous. Recent graduates and candidates completing their studies are encouraged to apply.
