Location: Fourways, Sandton

Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 per month (depending on experience)

Plus: Attractive cash incentive structure based on performance

An established aesthetic and skincare practice in Fourways is seeking an experienced and client-focused

Senior Somatologist to join its professional team from 01 August 2026.

This opportunity is suited to a passionate skincare professional with extensive experience in advanced skincare treatments and laser aesthetics. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional client care while working in a modern, results-driven environment.

POSITION INFO

Duties & Responsibilities Perform professional skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans. Conduct advanced facial and skincare treatments. Perform laser aesthetic treatments in accordance with industry standards and clinic protocols. Recommend and educate clients on appropriate skincare products and homecare routines. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards. Achieve individual treatment and retail sales targets. Keep up to date with industry developments, products and treatment techniques. Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an outstanding client experience. Be available to work Saturdays as required. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Somatology (CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP accredited qualification is essential). Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Somatologist. Extensive knowledge of professional skincare products and advanced skin treatments. Experience in laser aesthetic treatments will be advantageous. Excellent consultation, communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance with a strong client-service orientation. Sales-driven with the ability to achieve treatment and retail targets. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work Saturdays.
