WE ARE HIRING: SPECIALIST: TRAINING (3-MONTH CONTRACT)
Location: Braamfontein, Braampark, Johannesburg
Salary: R54,000 per month
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Are you an experienced Training & Development professional with a passion for developing people and supporting small enterprise growth? We are seeking a dynamic Specialist: Training to join an established organisation on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
The successful candidate will facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the effective delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and coordinate training interventions for internal and external clients.
Conduct training needs analyses and develop training plans aligned with organisational objectives.
Deliver, evaluate, and recommend continuous improvements to training programmes.
Coordinate procurement processes and manage relationships with training service providers.
Monitor and evaluate training interventions, service providers, and programme effectiveness.
Compile and submit training statistics, reports, and performance information.
Minimum Requirements
Matric and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
- Human Resources Development
- Education
- Commerce
- Or a related qualification
Experience & Qualifications
4–6 years' experience within a Training & Development environment.
Experience in Small Enterprise Development is essential.
Accredited Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification will be advantageous.
Accredited Assessor certification will be advantageous.
