We're looking for a Head: Finance who understands that.

Reporting to the Hollard International CFO, this role is responsible for the ongoing leadership of financial reporting, finance operations, financial controls, and strategic finance projects across the Group. The role also plays a key part in supporting business strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives.

This is more than a finance leadership role. It's about building a high-performing finance function that enables growth, strengthens governance, and delivers confidence to stakeholders.

You'll

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group and company financial reporting, including board reporting, annual financial statements, and end-to-end audit management.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting requirements, including submissions to relevant regulatory and statutory bodies.
  • Manage treasury activities, cash flow planning, taxation, payment management, collections, and cost management across the Group.
  • Drive the implementation and monitoring of robust financial control frameworks and governance practices across the business.
  • Lead finance-related transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and finance operating model enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting standards, including IFRS developments and technical accounting requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and business performance management across Hollard International.
  • Represent Finance on governance forums and committees, with particular focus on Audit and Risk Committees.
  • Build strong relationships with country finance teams, Group functions, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and consistent delivery.
