MEPF CO-ORDINATOR

Raubex Building Cape is looking for an experienced MEPF Co-ordinator, who must be based in Cape Town. This is a Contract based position with a 3-month probation period. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical fields, with experience in coordinating MEPF projects. Responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to ensure successful implementation of MEPF systems within building projects, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • South African citizen.
  • Relevant qualification in the build environment will be advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MEPF coordination, particularly with a focus on Electrical and Mechanical systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to Electrical systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in MEPF coordination.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet project deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and practices.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
