We are seeking a dynamic, consultative, and results-driven Client Growth & Solutions Manager to help Australian Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) scale their operations through offshore staffing and tech solutions.

In this role, you will manage, nurture, and convert inbound B2B leads generated from digital campaigns, webinars, and industry events. You will act as a trusted advisor to Australian business owners and directors—specifically across the Healthcare (NDIS/Aged Care), Real Estate, and Accounting sectors—helping them scope, design, and implement offshore centre strategies that reduce overheads and boost efficiency.

Work Hour Requirement: This is an offshore, remote position completely aligned with Australian business hours (Australian Eastern Standard Time - AEST / AEDT). Excellent, localized English communication skills are mandatory.

1. Lead Management & Consultative Conversion

Manage and nurture high-intent inbound B2B leads from digital marketing, webinars, and Australian industry events.

Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand the operational bottlenecks of Australian SMBs and qualify their readiness for offshore staffing/tech solutions.

2. Custom Solution Design & Client Engagement

Build strong, peer-to-peer relationships with Australian founders, directors, and practice managers.

Present tailored offshore capacity models, cost-benefit analyses, and product demos (e.g., financial dashboards for accounting firms).

Walk clients through the process of setting up offshore workflows, addressing concerns regarding data security, quality control, and cultural alignment.

3. Industry-Specific Market Focus

Healthcare: Helping Aged Care and NDIS providers build offshore admin, scheduling, and compliance support teams.

Real Estate: Helping buyer’s agents and sales agencies set up offshore property management admin and marketing support.

Accounting: Assisting firms in adopting financial analysis/dashboard solutions and building offshore bookkeeping/accounting teams.

4. Sales & Pipeline Ownership

Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets.

Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of the sales pipeline from discovery to contract signing.

Provide transparent forecasts and local market insights to the leadership team.

5. Marketing & Event Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality based on direct feedback from the Australian market.

Virtually support (and occasionally represent the company via digital channels at) Australian industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development—ideally within BPO, offshore staffing, or IT services.

Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build immediate rapport with pragmatic Australian business owners.

Target Driven: A proven track record of managing a sales pipeline, handling objections, and closing B2B deals.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and modern sales enablement tech.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Australian Market Exposure: Prior experience working directly with Australian clients, understanding local business culture, or working in AEST hours is highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational structures of Australian NDIS/Aged Care, Real Estate agencies, or CA/CPA Accounting firms.

SaaS/Tech Familiarity: Prior exposure to digital product sales, particularly reporting dashboards or cloud-based workflow tools.
