Hominum Solutions is looking for a confident and driven IR Consultant based in Boksburg. This role is suited to a candidate with solid HR/IR knowledge who can travel, source new clients, build relationships and provide practical employee relations support. The successful candidate should be competent in HR and IR processes, business development and general workplace consulting.

Location: Boksburg

Salary: R25 000 Basic

Commission structure available.

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure new clients.

Travel to clients and prospective clients as required.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Provide HR and IR support to clients.

Assist with disciplinary matters, hearings and investigations.

Draft warnings, notices, contracts and related HR documents.

Advise on labour matters, workplace procedures and compliance.

Support grievance handling, performance issues and employee relations matters.

Attend meetings and conduct site visits.

Assist with general consulting, reporting and follow-up administration.

Minimum Requirements

Previous HR / IR experience essential.

Experience in employee relations and labour-related processes required.

Able to source clients and contribute to business development.

Strong understanding of disciplinary processes, hearings and workplace procedures.

Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Confident, professional and self-motivated.

Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Computer literate: Excel, Word and Outlook.

Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence.

Relevant HR qualification advantageous, but experience preferred.
